We can provide a maid service on a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on your needs. Our schedule is flexible if you would prefer a more frequent service.

2. What cleaning products do you use?

We use Mr. Clean, Windows, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, furniture polish, Natural Orange cleaner, Magic Eraser sponges, bleach, Vim hardwood floor cleaner, Swiffers (for dusting), Scrubbing Bubbles bathroom cleaner and CLR (for hard water stains).

3. Can you use my cleaning products and equipment instead?

Yes, you are welcome to leave supplies out for us if you would like us to use specific cleaning products. We can use your vacuum cleaner on request, though we prefer to use ours because it is commercial-grade.

4. Do I need to be at home while you clean?

You don’t have to be at home while we clean, but you are welcome to stay if you prefer.

5. Can you clean with pets and children in the home?

Absolutely! We can clean your home while your children and pets are there. We will work around your family with minimal disturbance.

6. Do you do background checks on your staff?

Yes, Two Peas Cleaning conducts thorough background checks on all our cleaners. Our staff is police-checked and covered by a $25,000 honesty bond, $2 million liability insurance, and WCB.

7. How long will it take to clean my home?

We do residential cleaning for Calgary homes of all sizes, so the length of the service will differ from house to house. Our cleans usually take between 3 and 6 hours.

8. Which areas can you clean?

We clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, and any other areas of your home you would like us to tackle. We do all the mopping, vacuuming, and dusting. We can also clean windows, blinds, fridges, and microwaves.

9. Can you do my laundry?

We offer a laundry service for an additional $15 per load, and we can change your bed linen for an additional $10.
